Terms and Conditions:
Industry Exchange is the organizer of Latin America Ports Forum, Mexico Gas Summit, Cuba Investment Forum. Mexico Infrastructure Forum and the Latin America Energy Summit. Conference fee includes access to all presentations during the conference, exhibitions, networking breaks, lunches, and receptions. Registration does not include travel and accommodations. Prices are NET of any tax/customs deductions/costs and represent the total amount to be received by Industry Exchange.
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. For substitutions, contact your sales executive until noon of the day prior to the event, notification must be sent in writing to e-mail: info@industryex.com
Once paid, registration fees for seminars and other events are non-refundable. If a registrant desires to cancel his or her attendance at a seminar or event, the registration fee associated with the cancellation is transferable in the form of a credit in the dollar amount of the registration fee. This credit may be used by any staff person of the registrant’s organization and may be applied to the registration fee associated with another seminar or event hosted by Industry Exchange, including the Latin America Ports Forum. The credit associated with the cancellation must be used at a seminar or event within thirteen months from the original seminar or event date.
Industry Exchange reserves the right to alter the schedule without prior notice, to provide less companion material for reasons beyond its control and to refrain from providing simultaneous interpretation when necessary up to 10 days prior to the event.
Industry Exchange may publish all conference images, videos and pictures as well as selectively share registration information with third party media partners and sponsors associated with the event.

Industry Exchange may share personal information with third parties engaged to assist Industry Exchange in providing services to you or to carry out one or more of the purposes described above. When you have provided such consent, we share your limited information, including personal information, as described at the time of consent, to a sponsor of one of our events or media partners. You will also have the option to opt-out of sharing this information when you register for the programs. The information provided will contain the name, title, company, and mailing address of all attendees.
If you choose not to provide Industry Exchange with your personal information, you may still visit some of the Industry Exchange website; however, you may be unable to access certain options, offers, and services.
6. Authoring Resources or Speaking at Programs
If you choose to author a written resource or speak at a program (both live and recorded for further broadcasting), you will be required to provide a biography of your professional experience. Industry Exchange owns and maintains the copyright of the written resource, recordings of the programs, and any subsequent written materials provided with the program, including the submitted biographies. Industry Exchange reserves the right to make any and all written resources and programs with associated written materials available to the public at large without permission of the authors or speakers.
7. Transfer of Personal Information Across Borders
Industry Exchange is a United States organization, headquartered in the United States. While we are not a global company, we may allow your personal information to be shared with third-party service providers based both within the United States and in other countries. This may entail a transfer of your personal information from a location within the European Economic Area to outside the European Economic Area, or from outside the European Economic Area to a location with the Economic European Area.
